Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper

This position is for an experienced Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to provide accounting and clerical services. This role requires an excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Sort and compile documents for client billing Payroll processing General journal entries Monthly/Quarterly compliance reporting Organize and maintain filing system Assistance with preparation of financial statements and related management reports Support with other accounting functions and assist with necessary projects Ideal Qualifications Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience Previous experience with QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with payroll processing Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Vavco, LLC is committed to supporting the well-being, growth, and success of our employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package.
