The Dental Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance and billing inquiries. Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and eligibility Collect and process payments, co-pays, and insurance claims Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments Handle rescheduling and cancellations Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow HIPAA regulations and office privacy policies Salary Range full-time $14 - $18 per hour Salary based on Experience.
