Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture & Technical Delivery: Architect and lead next-generation EDI and TMS integration solutions, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange across global logistics ecosystems. Lead technical design and integration between internal platforms (TMS, WMS, ERP) and external customer/partner systems using EDI, APIs, and automation frameworks. Drive rapid-cycle implementation of EDI and system-to-system integrations, ensuring on-time execution within aggressive delivery windows and high customer visibility. Advance automation across data pipelines, leveraging high-tech tooling to streamline transformations, improve reliability, and reduce operational load.
• Program & Stakeholder Management: Define scope, requirements, and delivery plans for complex, multi-threaded EDI programs, balancing competing priorities across customers, TMS providers, carriers, and internal business units. Collaborate directly with global enterprise customers, carriers, vendors, and cross-vertical partners to ensure integration success and high-quality outcomes. Partner with leadership to align integration strategies with organizational goals, driving innovation, technical modernization, and enterprise efficiency.
• Leadership, Team Development & People Management: Mentor and grow high-performing EDI, integration, and BI teams, fostering a culture of speed, execution, accountability, and customer-centric delivery. Provide personnel management, development, and evaluations.
• Platform Reliability & Optimization: Oversee evaluation, upgrades, and optimization of enterprise messaging platforms, ensuring high performance, availability, and scalability. Establish and enforce quality standards and operational excellence frameworks to strengthen data integrity across all exchange points.

• The wage range for this position is $169,990.00-$254,990.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. (required) Master's Degree (preferred) Experience: 2+ years Must have a track record of delivering customer facing integrations for enterprise level clients, carriers, and logistics partners on compressed schedules. (required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expert-level proficiency with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and large-scale system integrations across multiple verticals. Significant hands-on experience integrating with leading Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Proven ability to define scope, requirements, and delivery plans for complex integration programs with competing priorities and aggressive timelines.
