Outpatient Physical TherapistWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic rehabilitation team. This role focuses on the evaluation and treatment of patients in an outpatient setting, with an emphasis on pre-operative conditioning, post-surgical rehabilitation, and hands-on manual therapy techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for orthopedic, pre-operative, and post-operative patientsDevelop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, physician protocols, and patient goalsProvide evidence-based manual therapy interventions including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniquesDesign and implement progressive therapeutic exercise programs focused on strength, mobility, stability, and functional movementEducate patients on injury prevention, post-surgical precautions, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategiesCommunicate effectively with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team membersAccurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic and payer guidelinesMaintain a high standard of patient care, professionalism, and ethical practiceClinical Focus AreasPrehabilitation for orthopedic surgical candidatesPost-operative rehabilitation including joint replacement, spine, shoulder, knee, and sports-related proceduresManual therapy–driven treatment approachesFunctional movement restoration and return-to-activity trainingWhat We OfferSupportive, collaborative clinical environmentEmphasis on quality, patient-centered careOpportunities for professional growth and continuing educationCompetitive compensation and benefitsModern outpatient clinic settingQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical TherapistStrong foundation in orthopedic assessment and treatmentAdvanced training or strong interest in manual therapy techniquesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating within a team environmentPreferred ExperienceOutpatient orthopedic experiencePost-surgical rehabilitation experienceManual therapy certifications or continuing education
