About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at My ABA Family LLC, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging environment for our clients to thrive. With a focus on empowerment and skill-building, you will work closely with our team of board-certified behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your contributions will help our clients improve their behavior, advance their skills, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions, including assessment, data collection, and program implementation

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' treatment plans, goals, and progress

• Collaborate with our team of professionals to design and implement behavioral interventions

• Provide ongoing support and training to clients and their families

• Maintain accurate records and data, including session notes, graphs, and progress reports

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (in progress or already obtained)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
