Front Desk Guest Service Associate
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Guest Service Associate to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Gunnison, CO. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during their stay
- Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide guests with information about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Process payments and handle guest check-outs
- Respond to guest feedback and reviews in a timely and courteous manner
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
