More about our team Centra Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand-new 50 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility now open! As a Registered Nurse on our Inpatient Rehabilitation team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve their highest level of function. Whether you're building on your medical-surgical experience or looking to grow your rehabilitation nursing career, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact every day in a brand-new facility! How you'll contribute Deliver safe, patient-centered care that supports rehabilitation and recovery goals. Assess patient needs, implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate outcomes. Educate patients and families throughout their care journey and discharge planning. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate care plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and quality assessments. Participate in team conferences and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Foster a safe, respectful environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellent patient outcomes. What we're looking for Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as Registered Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
