About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our dedicated team at Prestige Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Marysville, Ohio. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing basic care and hygiene to residents
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Assess and meet the needs of residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and providing emotional support. Report any changes or concerns to nursing staff and participate in care planning. Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and standards.
