This position is great for someone that is self-motivated and wants to travel. This job keeps everyday exciting due to tjhe wide variety of tasks that it involves. They range from spindle rebuilds, troubleshooting hydraulic, pnuematic system, and CNCs. It also includes build and addition of new equipment for upgrades to existing systems; this includes accurate alignment practices on high precision equipment.This position requiresTwo year certificate from college or technical schoolThree to five years of related experience Ability to troubleshoot mechanical assemblies, understand tolerances, and be able to read drawings (detail and assembly). After Training, have a thorough knowledge of all Hydromat machines.Additional experienceAbility to run machines such as a bandsaw, drill press, mill & lathe machines.Familiarity with Fanuc robotics and/or CNCHave a thorough knowledge of Hydromat machines. This position requires a first shift work schedule, ability to travel as business needs dictate, up to 50%. As a bonus, you keep your travel points.
