Production Supervisors NeededCKS Packaging is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations in our blow molding department. The production supervisor will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, production, and operational goals.What's In it for You?Stable, growing organization with opportunity for future advancement of qualified candidates if successful in supervisory assignmentsCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefits at modest employee contributionsDiscretionary Bonus401k participation with Company matching contributions upon completion of first 30 days of serviceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, & RequirementsSupervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.Train, lead, and develop production team members.Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality.Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.Qualifications3+ years Production Supervising experienceHands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers, is a plus but not requiredStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.Monday through Friday (some Saturday's), 3:00pm-11:00pm
