Job Summary
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Cape Girardeau, MO. This position involves delivering nursing care in a 23-bed post-surgical medical-surgical unit. The RN will support patients recovering from various surgical procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

Job Details

• Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
• Position: RN Medical Surgical Floor
• Shift: Nights / 7p-7a / 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification; minimum 1 year of post-surgical experience (not OR), including urology, ortho, general, and medical overflow; willingness to learn and take on charge; current licensure to practice as an RN.
• Preferred Qualifications: Peri Dialysis experience
• Additional Information: The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, defining interventions, and supporting patients and families emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. The successful candidate will observe changing patient conditions, re-evaluate care plans, and communicate effectively as part of a team.
