EMPLOYEE BENEFITS & COBRA SPECIALIST ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Accurately maintain employee eligibility records and update information within the claims administration system
• Oversee COBRA premium activity, coordinate payment processing activities, reconcile payments, and assist with reporting accuracy
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, employees, dependents, former employees, and HR representatives while delivering outstanding service and maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in employee benefits, third-party administration, healthcare administration, or eligibility processing
• COBRA administration experience
• Experience with self-funded insurance
