We’re looking for a warm, professional, and highly adaptable team member with front desk and administrative experience to join our renewed mission of supporting patient well-being and helping rebuild a thriving, holistic, patient-centered chiropractic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to come in early, grow alongside the clinic, and play a meaningful role in shaping a practice that truly changes lives.
Description
This is a hands-on, patient-facing role ideal for someone with prior front desk, administrative, or patient coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
This full-time, Monday–Friday position is well-suited for someone seeking a long-term role with purpose, stability, and growth potential. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for their experience—while owning key front office and administrative responsibilities that keep the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities include welcoming and checking in patients, managing scheduling and patient communication, handling payments and administrative tasks, and supporting overall clinic operations. You’ll be on your feet throughout the day and expected to confidently multitask and transition between responsibilities in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of front office systems and daily workflows. A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.
This role begins with front desk and chiropractic assistant responsibilities, with clear potential to grow into office management and operations support as the practice expands.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $18–$25/hour
Training: On-site training provided
Schedule:
Mon, Wed, Thurs: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tues, Fri: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What We’re Looking For
Prior front desk or administrative experience is preferred
High school diploma or GED
Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, therapy tech, or direct patient care is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Interest in fitness, natural health, and patient-centered wellness
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (not required)
Comfortable learning new systems and adapting in a growing practice
A positive, professional personality who enjoys connecting with patients and teammates
