Qualifications Education: Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required. Work Experience: Prior experience in respiratory care or successful completion of department-specific training with competency validation is required. Licenses and Certifications: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed by the state of Georgia, along with BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification upon hire.
