Base pay range $34.00/hr - $42.00/hr Registered Nurse Career Opportunity Full-time, part-time, PRN, and short-term agreement positions available. PRN rate $45/hr working at least 1 shift per week. Short Term Agreement rate $65/hr working 4 shifts per week and must have open availability to work any day the hospital requires. Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Qualifications Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred. License Or Certification Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations. BLS certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. Machines, Equipment Used General office equipment such as computer/laptop, telephone, copy/fax machine, calculator, scanner, etc. Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Physical Requirements Visual acuity, speech recognition, speech clarity. Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds, including medical supplies and equipment; ability to transfer and reposition patients. Reasonable assistance may be requested when lifting or moving. Skills And Abilities Oral and written communication, active listening. Must be able to speak and understand English. Information ordering, deductive reasoning, social perceptiveness, time management, critical thinking. Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. Ability to work independently without continuous supervision. Environmental Conditions Indoor, temperature controlled, smoke-free environment. Handicapped accessible. May work under stressful circumstances at times. Proficiency Or Productivity Standards Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance and punctuality. Adheres to dress code including wearing ID badge. Adheres to Standards of Business Conduct. May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts if needed to meet deadlines. May be required to work on holidays on scheduled days/shifts.
