Meat Room Job Duties:
1.
Responsible for identifying different cuts of meat.
2.
Handles raw meat and uses exceptional knife skills to cut and slice meat.
3.
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of meat cutting area.
4.
Performs other duties as required.

Meat Room Requirements:
1.
Ability to follow directions
2.
Ability to communicate well with others
3.
Ability to monitor product temperatures to stay within safe food zone
4.
Ability to be SQF knowledgeable
5.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment
6.
Ability to work in a cold environment
7.
Ability to stand on feet throughout entire shift
8.
Date packages upon completion
9.
Ability to take temperature of all products
10.
Utilize sealing machinery
11.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
