As a Showing Agent, you will lead prospective buyers on property tours, facilitate client communications, and work closely with experienced real estate experts throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Tour homes with buyers and provide exceptional client service
Support buyer agents throughout the home search process
Manage follow-ups, client communication, and CRM updates
Provide feedback and market insights to the team
Help build strong client relationships and improve conversion opportunities
Learn real estate sales, lead generation, and transaction processes through hands-on experience

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Active New Hampshire or Massachusetts real estate license or currently pursuing one
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive, client-focused attitude
Comfortable traveling locally and working in the field
Ability to understand buyer needs and match them with the right homes
Coachable, growth-minded, and eager to learn
Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to build a long-term real estate career
High school diploma or equivalent required
