• Patient Ratios : 6:1 days 7:1 nights
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 3 techs per shift, US on dayshift
• Type of equipment : IVs, Kangaroo pumps, SCDs
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: every other weekend
• Floating policy: will float in rotation to other appropriate areas when needed
