Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational success of the firm's largest team across its Buckhead and Midtown offices. Working closely with the lead attorney, this individual ensures that operational and marketing priorities remain on track, client and agent concerns are resolved promptly, workloads are balanced, and the team operates with consistency and accountability.

The role reports jointly to the lead attorney and the Director of Real Estate Operations, who oversees the development of the firm's reporting and AI-assisted systems. In addition to managing daily operations, the Operations Manager will help standardize successful practices and support their expansion across other offices.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Operations Support

Partner closely with the lead attorney to coordinate operational and marketing priorities across the team's offices. Track commitments, organize competing initiatives, remove obstacles, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Client and Agent Service Recovery

Serve as the first point of escalation for concerns raised by real estate agents, buyers, and sellers. Take ownership of each issue from initial acknowledgment through resolution and follow-up, ensuring that problems are addressed early and no details are overlooked.

Team and Workload Management

Direct the staff's day-to-day work by delegating responsibilities, balancing workloads, coordinating coverage, and helping determine attorney assignments for closings. Ensure work is distributed fairly, efficiently, and sustainably while maintaining excellent client service.

Operational Leadership

Establish and maintain the team's operating rhythm, including daily huddles, internal meetings, coverage schedules, reporting inputs, and follow-up processes. Create the structure and accountability needed for the team to operate predictably and efficiently.

AI-Assisted Operations and Reporting

Operate and oversee the team's AI-assisted reporting tools, including daily exception briefings and supporting reports built on the firm's Power BI platform. Partner with the Director of Real Estate Operations to refine workflows, encourage adoption, standardize effective practices, and help deploy these tools across additional offices.

This position does not build the reporting systems; it ensures they are used effectively, consistently, and accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated operations-management experience, preferably within professional services, real estate, title, legal services, or another high-volume client-service environment
• Proven success managing employees, delegating responsibilities, balancing workloads, and making sound staffing and coverage decisions
• Strong client-service instincts and experience resolving concerns involving demanding, relationship-driven clients
• Ability to partner confidently with senior attorneys and help organize and direct competing priorities
• Experience working within data- and reporting-driven processes
• Comfort adopting and operating AI-assisted technology and reporting tools
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar platforms is preferred but not required
• Exceptional organizational, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to standardize successful processes across teams and multiple offices
