The Peer Counselor at Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington joins the PACT team to deliver recovery‑oriented services in community settings, including clients’ homes. Using lived experience, you support stabilization, psychiatric rehabilitation, and independence through strengths‑based, person‑centered care. You collaborate with colleagues, participate in on‑call rotations for 24/7 coverage, document in EMR systems, and connect clients to housing, health and social resources while #J-18808-Ljbffr
