If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.Learn about our benefits designed for you to Thrive at work and at home.We boldly go.This role will be based in and around the Turlock/Lodi areas.What you will do:Ensure customer satisfaction by servicing products, equipment, and systems at customer's locations to include: identifying, examining, diagnosing, and planning for equipment repair.Deliver parts and tools to service job sites.Under the direction from Service Team Lead, assist in minor maintenance of tools and shop equipment.May be required to use a variety of small hand tools to repair warehouse equipment or vehicles.Maintains and organizes shop/warehouse and ensures MSDS compliance with all chemicals stored in shop/warehouse (keep records of chemicals that need pickup for waste disposal).Required to log and track large tools and equipment to and from job site and log any repairs made to the equipment.Responsible for refrigerant cylinder recovery and maintenance.Operates forklift as necessary.Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.Work with mentors as assigned to support customers to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installations such as deliver parts in the field, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.Use cutting edge software and technology, a variety of hand-tools, and blueprints / engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets.Displays team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires.What you will bring:No Industry Experience Required.Technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience is not required but will be considered when determining proficiency level for the program and starting compensation.Must be at least 18 years of age when you start on day 1.A High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.A strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$16.28 - $28.49Compensation Type:HourlyIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
