Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Active certification and compliance with applicable state and national credentialing requirements
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
• Must present a valid state or federally issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
• Familiarity with skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar clinical settings
