Raytheon Full-Time Electrical Engineer II (Onsite)

Date posted: 2026-05-26 Location: United States, El Segundo, CA (2000 E Imperial Hwy, Building R01) Position type: Onsite (U.S. Citizen required) Responsibilities Conduct circuit analysis, simulation, design, documentation, trade assessments for obsolescence resolution, troubleshooting hardware performance issues, and hardware integration. Test and verify Special Test Equipment (STE) hardware and software, microwave RF circuits, RFAs, MICs, IMAs, CCAs, and production support. Analyze hardware specifications to determine requirements. Develop solutions to test issues and improve productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with testers, factory facilitators, operations managers, engineers, and QA/Reliability personnel. Basic Qualifications MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits. Experience in a lab with Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters. Proficiency with Keysight ADS, Sonnet EM, Ansys HFSS, AutoCAD or comparable simulation tools. Experience with C, C++, LabWindows CVI, and MATLAB. Courses in RF and Microwave Circuit Design.
