Early afternoon care for adult with special needs

I am looking for a caregiver for a 23 year old who has autism to work from 2:00-4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Provide his snacks and ensure he stays away from the office where his dad works. Make sure he has his iPad and occasionally check on him while he entertains himself. The ideal person is kind, caring, a non-smoker, reliable, and a good communicator.
