Ability to read and follow product instructions, formulas, work orders, and production documentation. Basic math and recordkeeping skills required. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, material handling, resin blending, or injection molding experience preferred. Experience working with raw materials, inventory management, and production support activities. Ability to accurately document material usage, inventory transactions, and production data. Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus. Must be able to cross train with a line operator. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and specifications accurately. Knowledge of resin handling, color concentrate blending, and injection molding processes preferred. Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and production material flow. Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to frequently move raw materials, totes, bins, and production supplies. Ability to perform repetitive material handling and housekeeping activities. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production equipment. Job Duties Blend color concentrates and resins according to established formulas and product specifications. Maintain an organized inventory of resin concentrates, raw materials, and production equipment. Supply raw materials to injection molding machines to support continuous production operations. Remove finished products from machines, assign Kanban tags, and complete required production documentation. Replenish stockers with empty tote boxes, liners, bags, and other production supplies. Fill raw material bins, track material usage, and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor bowl feeders, grinders, stockers, and related equipment to ensure proper operation. Dispose of rejected products and remove waste materials from production areas. Clean and organize manufacturing floors, warehouse areas, and workstations. Follow ISO quality standards, environmental procedures, OSHA regulations, and all company safety policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting production goals and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision or management.
