What You'll Be Doing:

• Team up with a partner in a branded company truck
• Travel to homes and businesses to remove unwanted items
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver great service
• Lift and move items 75+ lbs safely throughout the day
• Sort items for donation and recycling whenever possible
• Stay in contact with the operations manager to keep routes efficient

What We're Looking For:

• 21+ years old with a valid California driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Comfortable with physical work and staying active
• Strong communicator with a positive, happy to help mindset
• Reliable, team-oriented, and accountable
• Able to work at least one weekend day
• Smartphone capable of downloading multiple apps
