Financial On-Site Supervisor

GD Resources LLC is seeking an experienced On-Site Supervisor to support a federal client in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will provide day-to-day supervision of contractor personnel and serve as the primary on-site liaison between GD Resources management and Government representatives.

The position requires strong personnel-management, administrative, communication, and contract-support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor personnel assigned to the client site.
• Ensure employees comply with Government suitability and onboarding requirements.
• Review personnel security packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Certify employee timecards and attendance records.
• Track leave requests and approvals.
• Coordinate attendance and hours-worked information for payroll and invoicing.
• Assist with resolution of employee time, wage, and benefit matters.
• Address personnel performance and disciplinary matters as required.
• Maintain employee training and personnel records.
• Coordinate with GD Resources' Project Manager and Government representatives to resolve operational or personnel issues.
• Ensure staff comply with applicable workplace, security, and conduct requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR at least 10 years of relevant experience managing contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Experience successfully managing contractor personnel transitions and implementation .
• Strong personnel-management and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Government suitability and site-access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SBA loan programs.
• Familiarity with financial risk-management policies, procedures, and systems.
