Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid with 3 days Onsite)

Job Description:

• 3–7+ years of project management experience in telecommunications/broadband/data infrastructure, or network operations.
• Understanding of HFC, fiber, DOCSIS, construction workflows, and service delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Project Leadership:

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive execution of upgrades, node splits, plant extensions, commercial builds, and service delivery initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of network, broadband, fiber, and infrastructure projects.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Operational Excellence:

• Utilize telecom-specific tools and workflows (e.g., CSG/ICOMS, Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure project success.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety requirements, and local permitting regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and reporting in accordance with PMO guidelines.

Preferred:

• PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with enterprise-level PMO frameworks.
• Familiarity with permitting processes, utility coordination, or commercial service installations.
