Responsibilities & Position Summary:

• Conduct evaluations and implement evidence-based therapy for patients across the lifespan
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans, focusing on pediatric and adult populations
• Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluation results, treatment progress, and outcome reports

Role Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Oregon licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
