Physical TherapistSeven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Travel opportunity in Providence, RI. This role is essential in providing physical therapy evaluation and treatment for patients based on physician referrals. We offer:License reimbursement – financial support to maintain your professional credentialsReferral program – earn rewards for introducing fellow healthcare professionalsHealth insurance – comprehensive medical coverage for you and your familyCertification reimbursement – assistance with obtaining additional qualificationsWeekly pay – prompt and reliable payments every weekKey Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and assessments.Review patient records for diagnosis, history, precautions, and contraindications.Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patient independence and function.Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and patient progress.Communicate patient needs and progress with treatment teams, physicians, and families.Consult with medical providers regarding evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge.Recommend and assist in securing adaptive equipment to improve patient function.Maintain and submit all required documentation in a timely manner.Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides in accordance with state practice acts.Requirements of the Physical Therapist:Compact license RIExperience with Homecare, HCHB, and Home exercise planningOasis proficiency requiredProvidence: Where the Job Meets LifestyleProvidence offers a rich cultural experience with its historic architecture, vibrant arts scene, and diverse dining options.
