As a hybrid online and in-person insurance agency, we are based in Seaside, CA, serving clients licensed in California, Oregon, and Arizona. This position is office-based, with a preference for Spanish-speaking candidates due to significant foot traffic and incoming calls from current policyholders. Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing timely and accurate policy information.
• Support customers with policy changes, updates, and general inquiries.
• Explain insurance coverage details and answer questions; coaching and licensing support will be provided.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system; in-house training will be provided.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations and outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach to everyday risk management and insurance solutions.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred due to client demographics.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain insurance licensing; all coaching and licensing fees will be paid and reimbursed by the agency.
