Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time)
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time) for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, your primary focus is to serve as a liaison between the corporate human resources team and hiring partners.

Pay Rate
$23.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, Day Shift (Roughly 28 to 30 hours)

Human Resources Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in coordinating onboarding for new hires.
• Reviewing and following up on associate timecards.
• Assisting with employee questions.
• Providing broad human resources support to the local team.

Human Resources Assistant Qualifications and Requirements

• Two years of Human Resources or Administrative experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now software preferred.

Full-time, temporary-to-hire
