Educate. Help customers navigate the menu and discover new favorites, all while delivering top-tier service. Embody. What to Expect Fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts! Crew-first mentality. Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout). Reliable transportation. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training & Development.
