Job Summary
As the Director of Nursing (DON) , you will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of all nursing operations while ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. This Director of Nursing plays a critical part in coordinating resident care, guiding nursing staff, and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with hands-on leadership

• Develop and revise nursing policies

• Supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff

• Lead recruitment and interviewing

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls

• Collaborate across departments

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required

• Skilled nursing facility experience required

Pay Range: $140,000/year - $160,000/year
