Unlike working as an independent contractor, we schedule the jobs, communicate with customers, and handle the estimating so you can focus on delivering exceptional work. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry projects Install and replace doors and trim Complete drywall repairs and painting projects Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs Complete general home maintenance and repair tasks Handle minor roofing, siding, and trim repairs (preferred) Communicate professionally with homeowners Manage customer expectations throughout each project Accurately estimate project time and material requirements Complete basic job documentation and paperwork Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Requirements Must Have 10+ years of direct experience in home improvement or residential construction Strong finish carpentry skills Experience across multiple trades including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills Ability to manage homeowner expectations Ability to accurately estimate labor and material requirements Reliable, dependable, and courteous attitude Own professional-grade tools Own a professional-looking van or truck Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance Ability to pass a background check Nice to Have Experience with minor roofing repairs Experience with siding repairs Experience with exterior trim repairs Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedule No nights or weekends Paid time off Free uniforms Vehicle or vehicle allowance Tool allowance Bi-weekly pay W-2 employment Consistent scheduling Opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Classet
