You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department.Key responsibilities include welcoming customers to Lowe's, answering questions, and delivering friendly and professional customer service. You will assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies, process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time, cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service, prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs, guide customers through shopping or checkout, and complete other duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications include 6 months experience using a computer, 6 months experience using common retail technology, reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic, and the ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
