Experienced Tax Associate

Job Description Holland & Knight is seeking an immediate tax associate to join the Nashville, TN office. The role focuses on renewable energy tax credits and corporate transactions & mergers & acquisitions involving private-equity. 2-5 years of strong tax experience, especially in renewable energy tax credits or private-equity M&A transactions. Strong writing, drafting, and close attention to detail skills. Transferable skills and a strong academic background are essential. Must be based in the Nashville area and able to work onsite full time (no fewer than three business days per week). Must hold or be able to obtain a license to practice law in the state of residence.
