Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Health insurance Sign‑on bonus $1,000 for new hires starting in June 2026 Quick Highlights Structured transition from your current role Reasonable patient caseload – 25 sessions per week Ability to customize hours for improved work/life balance Provide individual, group, and play therapy Active patient waiting list Onsite clinical supervision (case consult) provided Opportunity to grow into a leadership role Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 per year Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation—including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes—according to company policy. Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill community needs. Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, workplace personnel, medical staff, other clinical staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions. Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution. Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Creative and innovative approaches to mental health care. Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with couples and families. Additional Information Flexible remote work, with some in‑person and telehealth sessions required. The role may occasionally involve in‑person visits.
