Senior Counsel - Health Care Real Estate & Compliance

Vinfen in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to guide senior management on legal, regulatory, risk, and governance matters. You will lead the Legal Department on real estate, facilities, licensing, and compliance initiatives, and supervise other attorneys.
The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, MA bar admission, and a JD. You will draft and negotiate contracts, manage outside counsel, and provide training on regulatory topics to managers.
