Title:Nurse Practitioner – Float (Primary Care/Urgent Care) Location:Chagrin Falls, OH (On-site / Float to nearby clinics) Pay:$74.87/hour(W2) Type:Contract / Temporary –26 weeks|40 hrs/week Start Date:Approx.June 2026(per client schedule) About the Role A-Line Staffing is hiring aNurse Practitionerfor a floatassignment based out ofChagrin Falls, OH. This is anon-site, patient-facingrole supporting multiple clinic locations in the area. Candidatesmust have recent primary care or urgent care experience. This is a float positionand will travel as needed to clinics including (not limited to): Chardon, Painesville, Willoughby, Lyndhurst, Mayfield, Woodmere, Bainbridge, Twinsburg, Aurora, Hudson, Westlake, Strongsville, Parma, Lakewood, North Olmsted, Northfield, and more. Schedule / Hours Monday–Friday:9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday:9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday:9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Every other weekend required(possible holiday rotations) Responsibilities Provide evidence-based primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and health counseling Deliver services such as health screenings, wellness support, and chronic condition management Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive patient outcomes Perform clinic operations/admin tasks (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification/payment collection, maintaining a clean environment) Conduct routine examinations and support patient appointment flow Required Qualifications Active NP (or PA) licensein good standingwith no current/prior disciplinary actionsin the state of employment Minimum 1 year recent Primary Care or Urgent Care experience(required) Current BLScertification (AHA or ARC) Master’s degreefrom a Family Nurse Practitioner program +current National Board Certification Ability to work on-site andfloatbetween clinics as needed Additional note:Unless otherwise specified,DEA registration will be required during onboarding. All MinuteClinic roles aresafety sensitive.
