About the Position

Job Title: Float Pool RN Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years Description: The Float Pool RN will work in Med/Surg telemetry units and step-down units. This position requires availability for three shifts per week from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The schedule will be set in advance. The Float Pool RN will provide nursing care to patients in various units as needed. Strong critical thinking and adaptability are essential for this role. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions and implementing care plans. Effective communication skills are crucial for patient and family interactions. The role may involve handling various patient demographics and medical conditions.
