Position Overview
If you are motivated by performance and want to be rewarded for your work, this Account Representative opportunity with Lori Mullen State Farm in Fayetteville, NY offers a base pay structure plus commission with strong earning potential. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — we will train you
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Pay range: $50,000-$70,000 per year
This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your performance — top performers exceed this range.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent.
