DISHWASHER / LAVAPLATOS

SAVARD is currently hiring a Dishwasher to support the kitchen team at a hotel. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Load and unload commercial dishwashers
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary
Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization as needed
Follow all hotel and food safety procedures
Perform other general kitchen cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous dishwasher, kitchen, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred
Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen items
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
Shifts:
Typical Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Some Days: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Must be flexible to work either shift based on hotel needs

SAVARD está contratando un Lavaplatos para apoyar al equipo de cocina de un hotel. El candidato ideal debe ser responsable, trabajador y sentirse cómodo trabajando en un ambiente de cocina rápido y dinámico.
Responsabilidades:
- Lavar, enjuagar y desinfectar platos, vasos, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes y equipo de cocina
- Cargar y descargar las máquinas lavavajillas comerciales
- Mantener el área de lavado de platos limpia, organizada y desinfectada
- Sacar la basura y mantener la limpieza en toda el área de cocina
- Ayudar al personal de cocina con tareas básicas de limpieza y organización según sea necesario
- Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad alimentaria y del hotel
- Realizar otras tareas generales de limpieza de cocina según se asignen
Requisitos:
- Se prefiere experiencia previa como lavaplatos, en cocina, restaurante u hotel
- Debe ser responsable y capaz de trabajar en un ambiente rápido
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados y levantar/mover artículos de cocina
- Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar un horario flexible
Horarios:
- Horario habitual: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Algunos días: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Debe tener flexibilidad para trabajar cualquiera de los dos horarios según las necesidades del hotel
