If you're a compassionate clinician who is passionate about making a meaningful impact, we'd love to welcome you to the Avenues family.Now hiring Group Facilitators for First Shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), five days per week, including every other weekend!What You'll DoFacilitate psychoeducational, process, and therapeutic groups that support clients throughout their recovery journeyHelp clients develop healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery toolsCollaborate with therapists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor client progressCommunicate significant client concerns promptly to the Clinical Director or appropriate clinical leadershipComplete accurate and timely documentation for all group sessions and client interactionsMaintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standardsWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT)One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferredExcellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skillsStrong clinical judgment and professionalismCompassionate, ethical, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping othersIf in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is requiredWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential addiction treatment facility providing medical detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services.
