Location: Albany, NY area
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year with commissions

We have an exciting internal role on our growing team for a Recruiter on our Temporary Division. This role will be responsible for finding and building relationships with businesses that require staffing assistance and sourcing candidates for those positions. As a pivotal member of our Temporary Division, you'll help individuals achieve their career goals and businesses find the right talent to fuel their success.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter - Temporary Division:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-perm, and contract roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offers
- Negotiating contracts and offers with hiring managers and candidates
- Staying informed on market trends to support effective recruiting and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team and executives to create and implement marketing initiatives
