Your Responsibilities

• Conduct standard and advanced laboratory assaysspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much morefollowing established protocols meticulously.
• Ensure accuracy through careful analysis of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection and preparation of specimens for thorough testing.
• Document procedures accurately, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory standards of excellence.
• Uphold a hygienic and secure work environment while complying with regulatory and quality control demands.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an appropriately related allied health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continued certification maintenance is necessary throughout your career with us.
