This recruitment is open until filled. Bartlett Regional Hospital is looking for a Physician Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist team! Job Summary: The Hospitalist Physician provides comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, managing acute and chronic conditions from admission through discharge. This role includes evaluating patients, developing overseeing treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and safe transitions of care. The Hospitalist also communicates effectively with patients and families and supports organizational goals related to patient safety, efficiency, and evidence-based practice. The ideal candidate would be willing to work night shifts. Internal Medicine and Family Medicine applicants are welcome! Minimum Qualifications for the position:

• Education: MD or DO
• Preferred Experience: Hospital medicine experience preferred
• License(s) Required: Board certification required. Board eligible considered for new graduates.
• Certification(s) Required: Must meet the credentialing requirements through Medical Staff Services.
