FTB's Secure Data Capture and Technology Tools section is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, motivated Secure Transport Team Lead (Information Technology Specialist II) who is interested in contributing to meaningful, high impact work. Our team is responsible for all technical aspects (maintenance, operations, administration, and enhancements) of the departments secure data transfer system.   

We're looking for an Application Administrator and Team lead who will make a difference in our team, together we solve enterprise problems related to data transfers within our complex environments and integrations for both our internal and external customers!  What technical skills and expertise will you bring? • Experience working with secure data transfer technologies such as Axway (SWIFT, IDTS) and Kiteworks, etc
• Experience with interface technologies utilizing the file transfer protocols (SFTP, (MS-SQL, SOAP, and REST APIs) to automated enterprise exchange (AS2) and legacy methods used for transferring files between websites and web resources securely
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (DOM manipulation), RESTful API, JSON, PowerShell, Shell, Python, and XML in the Windows and Linux environmentsExperience assessing, solutioning, testing, and addressing security vulnerabilities for large complex integrated solutions
• Experience in disaster recovery
• Experience using modern IDEs, configuration management tools, and SQL Developer tool
• Experience in writing complex SQL and T-SQL functions, procedures, views, triggers, and advance queries to solve business problems
• Experience with performing systems analysis, performance tuning, and automation testing (using enterprise testing tools)
• Experience with different databases (Oracle, MySQl, Postgres, M SQL Server, etc.) systems
• Ability to develop complex detailed specifications that result in new application functionality
• A strong history of customer service and support with a passion to meet the dynamic needs of external and internal customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce IT documentation
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience developing or supporting Windows and Linux based web applications
