Job Full Description Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 5 PM - 5:30 AM Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join a busy manufacturing team. This position is responsible for MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication work , as well as assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior welding and fitting experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding industrial environment.

Work Environment: This position is located in a highly active manufacturing setting and requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, and other physical activities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a very physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding and fitting duties according to production requirements
- Read and follow work instructions and specifications as assigned
- Assist with fabrication and assembly processes
- Support warehouse operations and material handling as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Previous welding and fitting experience required
- MIG welding experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
