The work activities will include:* Provide training and technical support to team of TPA claim handlers, administratively support Starr Marine team* SME and UAT lead for all Marine claims system enhancements and updates* Resolve claim errors based on monthly reports* Process monthly and quarterly international bordereau files* Claims Enterprise system and report management, including researching and submitting tickets for Marine users* Manage Marine Claims inbox* Generate and distribute reports for Marine Claims team* Oversee offsite storage protocolsStarr is an equal opportunity employer, which means we'll consider all suitably qualified applicants regardless of gender identity or expression, ethnic origin, nationality, religion or beliefs, age, sexual orientation, disability status or any other protected characteristic.
